Acrylic 82 X 52 cm

Angry impasto.  Paint laid down thickly and in a quick way.  I just wanted to express an idea not an accuracy in detail.  What the photo does not show are the sparkles from the tiny flakes I mixed in the paint along the horizon. These shine out as you look at the painting and move your head slightly.  This should have been done in oil, but acrylic has allowed me to finish it much sooner.      Voilà!  Like it or leave it.  This artist is moving on now.


The worst most destructive weapon possessed by humanity is not the atomic bomb, it is the human tongue.  My message to the world is a simple yet profound one, here it is: Do not harm others just because you can.  Be mindful of what you say, gossip and slander, distorted truths and outright lies are very real destructive energies.  If you derive pleasure from slander and gossip, you need to reappraise your thinking.  Words are very powerful.  

Once more for the monkeys...  do not hurt your neighbour just because you can, you will be held accountable.
